Pets

Some owners have some objections when it comes to tenants who have pets, understandably because of the damage risks to property, cause that these animals come. Ruined carpet, persistent odor, they are just a few of the reasons why many homeowners do not tolerate pets. The question is whether a tenant is welcome to exclude unwanted tenant immediately.

Rental History

This depends on the type of policy you have to record in relation to eviction. Some property management and / or owners to a policy or preference, free of all their tenant eviction records. If this is the case, ask the tenants if they of any property that they have cleared previously rented. Ask them if they have social security numbers forward, and you will save much time if it is found that they have not.
